The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) helps eligible individuals and families purchase food. This monthly benefit is loaded to an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card - similar to a debit card - that can be used at authorized retailers nationwide such as grocery stores, convenience stores and local farmers markets.

Our trained SNAP Outreach Team can provide free assistance with SNAP applications, recertifications, and general program information. Please note, Second Harvest does not manage SNAP benefits or have the ability to determine eligibility or approve applications.
